build하는 프로젝트 폴더 Path에 공백이 존재하는 경우 발생

ex) C:\Program Files\project\~

URI Path가 슬래시 2개("//")로 시작하는 경우

build.xml 파일에서 "<property name="tools.docs.uri" value="file:/${tools.docs.unixdir}" /> " 부분에서

"// → /"로 수정
